OwnYourSECAP
Obiettivo
L'obiettivo del progetto è di coinvolgere direttamente i comuni a sviluppare o aggiornare i loro piani di azione per l'energia sostenibile e il clima (PAESC) con obiettivi ambiziosi di neutralità climatica nel 2050 e mettendo in evidenza le misure che hanno doppio (mitigazione e adattamento) e triplice effetto (mitigazione, adattamento e povertà energetica). Per rispondere a queste sfide, il Progetto Europeo “OwnYourSECAP” aiuta Città e Comuni ad assumere un ruolo primario nella definizione, attuazione e monitoraggio dei propri PAESC sulla base delle esperienze e delle conoscenze acquisite in Progetti Europei precedenti.
ENG: The aim of the project is to directly involve municipalities in developing or updating their Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SEAP) with ambitious climate neutrality targets in 2050 and highlighting measures that have double (mitigation and adaptation) and triple effect (mitigation, adaptation and energy poverty). To respond to these challenges, the European Project “OwnYourSECAP” helps Cities and Municipalities to take a primary role in the definition, implementation and monitoring of their SECAPs based on the experiences and knowledge acquired in previous European Projects.

Conurbamento Pordenone
Il gruppo dei Comuni del “Conurbamento Pordenone” è costituito da 4 Comuni i quali, complessivamente considerati, rappresentano quella che storicamente è definita “La Città dei Centomila” Pordenone capofila, Porcia, Cordenons e Roveredo in Piano. Il raggruppamento svilupperà un PAESC d’area vasta secondo i requisiti del “Joint SECAP Option 1”. All’interno del Progetto OwnYourSECAP l’inquadramento dei Comuni sarà il seguente: Cordenons e Roveredo in Piano partecipano in qualità di Comuni non-esperti. Pordenone e Porcia in qualità di replicators.
Le altre città italiane coinvolte nel servizio di accompagnamento e consulenza tecnica sono Abano Terme e Vicenza.

ENG: The group of Municipalities of the "Pordenone Conurbamento" is made up of 4 Municipalities which, taken as a whole, represent what is historically defined as "The City of One Hundred Thousand" Pordenone as the leader, Porcia, Cordenons and Roveredo in Piano. The grouping will develop a wide-area SECAP according to the requirements of the "Joint SECAP Option 1". Within the OwnYourSECAP Project the classification of the Municipalities will be as follows: Cordenons and Roveredo in Piano participate as non-expert Municipalities. Pordenone and Porcia as replicators.
The other Italian cities involved in the support and technical consultancy service are Abano Terme and Vicenza.

I costi per l'assistenza al gruppo di Comuni nell'attuazione delle attività sono coperti dal budget del progetto OwnYourSECAP, assegnato a SOGESCA.
